Digital Access
We encourage Rivermark members to manage your accounts online. In fact, most in-person transactions you typically do at a branch can easily be done online or through remote access.
Digital Banking AccessLost or Stolen Card
If you believe your credit card, debit card, or PIN has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, call 503.626.6600 or 800.452.8502 during normal business hours.
If after hours call our Telephone Teller service at 503.233.7628 or 800.472.3272 and follow the prompts for Lost and Stolen cards.
There are also Card Controls within digital banking where you can turn your card on/off or report lost/stolen.
Telephone Teller
Our Telephone Teller, is accessible any time, from anywhere. Once you set up your access and create a PIN, you can review your account information and perform many financial transactions with a touch of your keypad. Telephone banking services are available in English and Spanish.

If you are already a Telephone Teller user, and need to reset your PIN, simply call the number above, select option 1, then select option 8, and follow the instructions to enter a new PIN.
