From applying for loans to opening new accounts, getting help with online banking, balance transfers, or signing necessary forms, you can handle it right from your computer or mobile device.
Getting Started with Rivermark Video Banking
To begin your video or chat experience, simply locate the 'Let's Connect!' button on the bottom right corner of your desktop screen. Click it, then choose the Video or Chat option to connect instantly with one of our team members. Chat and Video Banking can also be used in the Rivermark Mobile App via the Contact Us link. Please make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of the mobile app.
