Berta Williams

Mortgage Loan Officer

Meet Berta

Berta believes in planning and timing. And when the two come together, it’s like lightning in a bottle. “I feel that almost everyone can own a home,” she says. “The key is to make a plan, break it down into bite-sized pieces, determine whether the timing is right, and be ready to adapt as needed.”

And that’s where Berta thrives. She’s a natural problem solver who knows a lot. And if she doesn’t know, she knows who to ask. That’s thanks to her vast and deep network of professional colleagues, mentors, and even competitors willing to share their expertise, knowledge, and time.

She’s a trusted homebuying partner who tackles the thornier aspects of borrowing, so her clients can enjoy a seamless experience. Come to think of it, you could say Berta’s actually in the solution business.

Born in in the state of Guerrero, Mexico, Berta originally emigrated to Washington, and has lived in Oregon for more than 20 years. Her free time involves some combination of her two kids, Bhodi the dog, crabbing, clamming, thrifting, and hunting for wild mushrooms.

Meet with Berta at the Woodstock or Gresham branch!
