Digital Banking Maintenance

This page provides information about operational issues affecting Rivermark systems including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and other digital services.

Scheduled Maintenance

  • Saturday 12/20/25 starting at 10PM Pacific Time, the Rivermark Mobile App and Digital Banking will be unavailable for up to 6 hours due to year-end maintenance. During the downtime, members will encounter a maintenance page which will be removed as soon as the system is available. Cards and ATMs are not impacted and will continue to work as normal during this time.
